The Vision :
We are seeking to employ a Children and Families Outreach worker with a heart for connecting, blessing and growing a ministry working with young families across the large village of Lytchett Matravers. As a growing church we recognise that this role will be key to helping to grow strong disciples, both young and old, within the Church community, and to make Jesus known to the wider community.
This person will work within our wonderful volunteer team, both on a Sunday morning and reaching out into the community during the week. Listening will be key to this role, and nurturing relationships with fringe families and with potential volunteers and supporters from the church family and beyond. We would value creative input with our children and young families’ ministry, and would seek to encourage and nurture the gifts and skills of whoever takes on this role.
