The APCM was held at St Mary’s church on Wednesday 27th April. There were 24 church members present and 9 apologies. The 2016 Report has been circulated to those who receive our News Sheet but there are some printed copies at the back of the church as well or click on APCM 2016 Report
Bill thanked our Lay Pastoral Assistants for their continued work and involvement. Our LPA’s are Mary Gibson, Liz Southgate and Ann Jones. Charles Hodson is currently attending the course to become an LPA and will be joining the team once he has completed it.
Jean de Garis thanked our Churchwardens Annie Mitchener and Mat Riddell for their continuing hard work and also Bill Carter as his role as Vice Chairman and Fabric committee chairman. He thanked Frances Tomlinson in her role as treasurer which has now been passed on to Roger Ong whom we thank for taking on this role. Thanks also were given to Debbie Phipps who has resigned as secretary and the PCC but will continue on the Fundraising committee, sending out the News sheet and updating the website.
